1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jijl88.cam ("jijl88", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Users may fund their jijl88 account using any of the payment methods made available on the platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.

jijl88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which jijl88 bears no responsibility. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your jijl88 account at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Pesos (₱500). Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with jijl88 support.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for electronic payment methods such as GCash and Maya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. jijl88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if bonus funds have been credited to your account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jijl88 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or gaming activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jijl88 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of One Hundred Pesos (₱100) per month on dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance of less than ₱100 may be closed, and the balance forfeited, upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the email address associated with the account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, jijl88 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other rewards ("Promotions") to users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material or on the jijl88 website.

Bonus funds are provided for promotional purposes only and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Failure to comply with any promotional terms and conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.

5.2 Abuse of Promotions

jijl88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a User has abused or attempted to abuse a Promotion, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other users, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms. Users found to be abusing Promotions may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a specified period of time, ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to jijl88 customer support and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once a self-exclusion period has been set, it cannot be reversed or shortened until the specified period has expired. Users who attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and funds forfeited.

If we become aware that an individual under the age of twenty-one (21) has registered an account or engaged in gaming activity on the platform, the account will be immediately terminated, all transactions voided, and any funds forfeited. We employ age verification measures and may request proof of age at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Availability

jijl88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform;

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the jijl88 platform without prior written consent from jijl88.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

jijl88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documentation, or abuse of the platform. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, you may request withdrawal of any remaining balance, subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jijl88 platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jijl88.

11. Amendments to Terms
